Cornell students, faculty, and staff:
You should be using your Cornell NetID (e.g. cgh2) to access Blackboard. Your password is your standard NetID password, also known as your Kerberos password. If you've forgotten your NetID password, please contact the CIT Contact Center, at 255-8990, or by email at helpdesk@cornell.edu.
Non-Cornell people who are using Blackboard:
If you don't have a Cornell NetID, you should be accessing Blackboard with a Cornell GuestID. GuestIDs are typically your first name, followed by a period, followed by your last name, e.g. "john.doe". If you have a GuestID, and have forgotten your password, go to the Forgot My GuestID Password page. You will need to know your GuestID.
Any regular system maintenance and server restarts for any of our services will be scheduled weekdays between 5:00 am and 7:00 am. All users should be aware that a system may become unavailable during this maintenance time.
