Adobe PDF

Adobe's Portable Document Format, or PDF, is a way of distributing printed documents electronically. Using Adobe's PDF format has many advantages; for example, you can preserve the exact look and feel of the document, whether it originated in print or in electronic form. In addition, the PDF format also allows you to add more features to your documents, such as notes, clickable tables of contents and bookmarks for quick document navigation, thumbnails for a quick overview of the document and even security options to prevent your document from being changed.
