Adobe Photoshop

  • Editing Images with Photoshop - Introduction (PDF)
    Become familiar with the Photoshop toolbar and how to use basic editing tools. Learn to edit and correct a scanned image and prepare images for the Web.
  • Intermediate Techniques (PDF)
    Learn how to correct a scanned image using the Levels control, to select areas of an image using a Quick Mask, work with drawing tools to create Layer Masks, how to automate tasks such as creating thumbnails by using Actions and Batch processing, and explore the ImageReady program to create buttons and animated GIFs for the web.

  • Closed on university holidays

Maintenance Schedule

Any regular system maintenance and server restarts for any of our services will be scheduled weekdays between 5:00 am and 7:00 am. All users should be aware that a system may become unavailable during this maintenance time.
