Library Reworks

Integrating library resources and services into your Blackboard site will enhance its value for your students. CIT and the Library have added links to the Library Gateway and to the Ask a Librarian service for all new Blackboard courses, created after 8/14/06.

Instructors can link directly from Blackboard to: course reserves and canned Library searches, Library licensed resources, and Library created materials such as webliographies, subject guides, help pages, etc.

Turnitin (for JGSM only)

Recognized worldwide as the standard in online plagiarism prevention, Turnitin helps educators and students take full advantage of the internet's educational potential. Used by thousands of institutions in over fifty countries, Turnitin's products promote originality in student work, improve student writing and research skills, encourage collaborative learning, and save valuable instructor time.

The use of Turnitin tools is restricted to the Johnson School of Management. Access to these tools does not imply permission to use them.

Maple T.A.

Maple T.A. offers a Web-based system for creating tests, assignments, and exercises, automatically assessing student responses and performance. Maple T.A. supports complex, free-form entry and intelligent evaluation of responses. It is particularly designed for mathematical equations. For more information, see the Maple TA website.

All instructors will see links to the Math Department's Maple T.A. server in the Control Panel of their sites. The Maple T.A. system is on a separate server as part of this program being run by the Mathematics Department. Access to these tools does not imply permission to use them.
